Ms. Sfeir has more than 30 years of experience in Total Quality Management in the pharmaceutical industry. With her educational background in laboratory sciences and extensive training in Quality Control Laboratories of Pharmaceutical Companies with difference production lines, Ms. Sfeir has accumulated a wealth of experience that enabled her to manage Quality Assurance Systems with all the needed expertise to develop and write procedures in line with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), train teams to implement those procedures, and maintain the QMS in line with Production, Quality Control and Health Authorities requirements.
Ms. Sfeir is specialized in Quality Assurance including GMP Compliance in all manufacturing areas, maintenance and follow-up of CAPA / NCR and change control, all levels of in-house audits, product Quality Review Reports, Batch Record Review, Risk Assessment Reports and Root Cause Analysis.
